Em's Brussel Sprouts

              This recipe is made all the time at family dinners. They are so good and are usually
              the first item gone. Even for people that aren't typically "healthy."


             Ingredients:                              Instructions:
             - 2 bags of Brussel sprouts chopped         1. Pre Heat oven to 400F Roast Setting

             -3 Tbs Olive Oil
                                                         2. Grease Baking Pan
             -1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
                                                         3. In Bowl, add all ingredients and mix well
             -1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
             -Salt and Pepper to taste                   4. Bake 25-35 mins until crispy



              Tip: This is a fun recipe to add different fruits and veggies as well. Toss in a root vegetable
             of choice like sweet potatoes or carrots and roast together. You can also add sliced pears
             or apples and it tastes like a sweet treat and the kids will enjoy it. Finally, try adding nuts or
             cranberries. This recipe can turn into many different amazing dishes.
