Black Bean Burger


              Serve on a whole wheat or gluten free bun and pair with a side salad, baked fries
              and/or steamed vegetables.

              Ingredients:                                Instructions:

              Greek Chicken

              This Greek chicken is a fantastic, fresh lean protein option your entire family will
              enjoy. Would be great served atop a salad.



             Ingredients:                        Instructions:
             - 4 medium chicken breasts            1. Mix all ingredients to create marinade..
             - 1 lemon, juiced (2 Tbsp)            2. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 30
