Cajun French Fries

             Would be great paired up with a black bean burger and a side salad. Yum!
             Ingredients:                    Instructions:
                                               1. Toss potatoes in oil.
             - 2 sweet potatoes, cut
                                               2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and pour over
             matchstick style                    potatoes. Toss together.

             - 2 Tbs oil                       3. Bake on greased foil at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
                                               4. Flip and bake additional 10-15 minutes, or until crisp.
             - ½ tsp sea salt

             - 1.5 tsp garlic powder


             - 1.5 tsp smoked paprika

             - 1.5 tsp oregano

             - 1 tsp thyme

             - ¼ tsp black pepper

             - 1 Tbs sugar
              Kung Pao Chicken
             - ¼ tsp cayenne







             When you're craving take out but don't want to leave the house, make your own and
             pump up the veggies.

              Ingredients:                                Instructions:
              - 1lb chicken, cubed                          1. Marinate  chicken  in  1  Tbs  wine,  1  Tbs  soy
              - 2 Tbs white wine
              - 2 Tbs soy sauce                               sauce, 1 Tbs oil and cornstarch. Refrigerate 30
              - 2 Tbs sesame oil                              minutes.
              - 1 Tbs cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp
              water                                         2. Heat remaining 1 Tbs of oil in skillet and saute
              - 1oz/1/4 cup red chili paste                   chicken.
              - 1 tsp vinegar
              - 2 tsp brown sugar                           3. Once sides are white, add vegetables and other
              - 1 bunch green onions, chopped                 ingredients.
              - 1 Tbs chopped garlic (2-3 cloves)           4. Simmer covered in sauce until broccoli is tender.
              - 1 head broccoli, chopped
              - 8oz mushrooms, chopped                      5. Serve 1 cup over ¼ cup brown rice with peanuts
              - ½ cup roasted peanuts + ½ cup to              sprinkled on top.
