Momma's Stuffed Peppers


              Who doesn't love comfort food? Especially when it is a great source of protein and
              vegetables!
             Ingredients:
             - 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

             - 2 Tbs of A1 sauce
             - 2 lbs of lean meat such as lean ground beef, ground turkey, ground chicken
             - 8 ounces neufchâtel cheese or low fat cream cheese

             - 1 cup of shredded cheese
             - 1 cooked onion, diced
             - 6 halved and cored bell peppers - number of peppers depends on the size


             Instructions:
               1. Cook meat on stovetop until done; drain fat.
               2. Place the drained meat back on stove and add cooked onions  and neufchâtel cheese
                 until creamy.

               3. Add 3/4 cheese and stir (hint: always add cheese last and keep some set aside to top
                 the peppers with)
               4. Place meat mixture in bell peppers and top with remaining cheese.
               5. Cover and place stuffed peppers in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 350
                 degrees. Uncover and cook for 3 -5 mins if you like cheese toasted.
               6. Serve and enjoy.
