                                      system delivers a seasonal heating COP greater than 2.0, at the DOE standard rating
                                      ambient (heat pump heat source) temperature. The integrated system has the potential
                                      to save over 30 percent of the total propane consumed by water heating equipment in
                                      buildings. The significant efficiency gain will allow a propane-driven water heating system
                                      to take market share of lower efficiency electricity-driven water heating.

                                      In 2020, we will continue using marketing, communications, and engagement with
                                      construction professionals to grow users and uses of propane in American homes and
                                      increase propane's market share in home energy use.  As in 2019, outreach to
                Project Summary:      construction pros in 2020 will feature geographic-targeted messaging focused across
                                      climate zones,  while using  more data-driven and provocative messaging versus
                                      competing  energy  sources.  Outreach  to  residential  construction  professionals  will  be
                                      integrated  with  the  Propane  Can  Do  That®  campaign.  Our  builder  outreach  will
                                      complement and reinforce our messages to homeowners and others.

                                      The 2020 corporate communications program is designed to increase propane’s voice in
                                      the national energy conversation through data-driven, provocative, and assertive
                                      messaging. At the heart of the program is a provocative clean energy message featuring
                Project Summary:      the benefits of propane based on data and metrics to position propane in a very positive
                                      way in the climate change, energy, and environmental conservation media stories. Our
                                      provocative tone in messaging is a deliberate aim at soliciting a strong reaction to the
                                      use and need of propane. Additionally, we will seek to share positive, accurate propane
                                      stories through earned, owned (PERC digital channels) social media and paid media.
