(as defined by applicable law), potentially patentable products and processes, financial
                     records, profit, performance reports, processes, projections, business plans, customer
                     information, customer lists, vendor information (including vendor contracts and costs) and
                     personal information about associates such as Social Security numbers, protected health
                     information, credit card numbers, drivers license numbers, mother's maiden names, dates
                     of birth and minor children's names);
                  •  Using cameras or audio or video recording equipment on Company property in a way that
                     disclose, photograph or record Confidential and Proprietary Information (as defined
                     above);
                  •  Using Company property or assets to further personal business ventures;
                  •  Violating Kontoor Brand’s No Solicitation/Distribution Rule; and
                  •  Violating Kontoor Brand’s No Access Policy.

              Nothing in this or any other Kontoor Brand policy is intended to interfere with concerted
              protected activity. It does not create an employment contract. Employment with Kontoor Brands
              is at-will and either Kontoor Brands or the employee may terminate the employment relationship
              at any time, with or without reason, and with or without advance notice.
