employee will be provided with an opportunity, in confidence, to provide a medical explanation for the
result and/or provide any information the individual feels is relevant.

Kontoor may conduct investigations upon receipt of good faith reports regarding violation of this policy.
Employees' failure to cooperate in or interference with such investigations may lead to disciplinary
action up to and including termination of employment.

Employees may seek assistance through Kontoor’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for an alcohol
or drug addiction. The Company’s EAP provides the following benefits and services:

                  • crisis intervention
                  • assessments
                  • short-term counseling
                  • referral
                  • follow-up care

Employees who contact or use the EAP will not be disciplined or discriminated against for doing so.
Such contact or use, however; will not insulate employees from discipline for violation of this or any
              other Kontoor policy.

The results of any and all drug or alcohol tests will be maintained in secure, confidential medical files,
separate from personnel files. Kontoor will not release any information regarding the test results outside
of Kontoor without the written consent of the individual tested, except as otherwise authorized or
required by law. An employee may obtain copies of all information and records relating to the
              employee’s testing.
