V. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ENFORCEMENT

A. Adherence to this policy is the responsibility of all associates, contractors, consultants,
and visitors.

B. An associate who observes a violation by a contractor, consultant, or visitor must inform
the contractor, consultant, or visitor of this policy.

C. Any questions or disputes involving this policy should be handled by utilizing Kontoor’s
Open Door Policy or speaking with the local Human Resources representative.

D. An associate who violates this policy will be issued a written warning for his or her first
offense. Any subsequent violation of this policy will result in further disciplinary action up
to and including dismissal.

E. Contractors and consultants in violation of this policy will be reported to the contracting
organization, and other appropriate action may be taken to stop further violations.
