              Owner: Human Resources
Kontoor Brands is committed to preventing workplace violence and providing a safe work environment.
Acts of actual or threatened violence (“Violence”) in the workplace are strictly prohibited.

Employees may not engage in fighting, "horseplay," bullying or similar conduct that may endanger
others. Kontoor Brands does not tolerate violent conduct that harms, threatens, intimidates, harasses or
coerces employees, customers, vendors or others, on or off Company property (as defined below), and
during work or non- work hours. This policy applies equally to conduct that occurs electronically or
virtually and conduct that occurs in person.

Kontoor Brands prohibits employees from using or possessing weapons on Company property or during
work hours, unless specifically allowed by applicable state or local law. Weapons include, but are not
limited to, firearms, explosives, stun guns, knives, clubs, blackjacks and other objects that could cause
injury or death. Company property includes, but is not limited to, buildings and surrounding areas such
as sidewalks, walkways, driveways and parking lots under Kontoor Brand’s ownership or control.

Employees must immediately report acts of actual or suspected violence to their manager, HR Business
Partner, other managers or resources identified in Kontoor Brand’s Open Door Policy. This duty to
report includes threats by employees, customers, vendors or others.

Employees must immediately report suspicious individuals or suspicious activity to their manager, HR
Business Partner and/or other managers or resources identified in Kontoor Brand’s Open Door Policy.

A manager or HR Business Partner who receives a report of violence or suspicious activity must
promptly and thoroughly investigate the report. Kontoor Brands makes reasonable efforts to maintain
confidentiality of the investigation to the extent practicable and within applicable laws. Kontoor Brands
expects employees to participate in good faith in the investigation of reported violations of this policy.

To maintain workplace safety and investigation integrity, Kontoor Brands may suspend employees, with
or without pay, pending investigation. Employees who engage in violence or other conduct violating this
policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Non-Kontoor
Brands employees who violate this policy may be barred from Kontoor Brand’s premises and/or
              prosecuted.

Kontoor Brands encourages employees to bring disputes to the attention of their manager, HR Business
Partner, other managers or resources identified in Kontoor Brand’s Open Door Policy.

Kontoor Brands is eager to help resolve employee disputes before they escalate into potential violence
and will not discipline employees for raising concerns in good faith. Kontoor Brand’s Non-Retaliation
              Policy contains more details.
Employees should immediately inform their supervisor and/or HR Business Partner of restraining or
stay-away orders covering the workplace. Kontoor Brands supports victims of domestic and/or intimate
partner violence by providing referrals to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources and granting
leave in accordance with applicable law.
