PIIE National Congress, IE Research Conference, AI Summit, and PIIE-
Cebu 20th Anniversary

Dear Colleagues, Partners and Fellow Industrial Engineers,

As the current president of the Philippine Institute of Industrial
Engineers (PIIE) Davao, Inc., and on behalf of all the Industrial
Engineers in Davao and Mindanao, it is my honor to extend my
warmest support to the 19th PIIE National Congress, 11th IE
Research Conference, 2nd AI Summit and CEO Forum, and the 20th
Anniversary of PIIE-Cebu. This year’s theme, “AI at the Core:
Revolutionizing Business Strategies,” comes at a time when artificial
intelligence is significantly reshaping industries, offering us new ways
to approach problem-solving, innovation, and efficiently while driving
long-term sustainability and growth. It is an opportunity for all of us
to explore the profound impact that AI can have across various fields.

This gathering is a testament to the strength of collaboration within the Industrial Engineering community.
By sharing research, insights, and innovative approaches, we create a platform that empowers us to tackle
challenges and seize emerging opportunities. The knowledge exchanged here will surely guide us in

Furthermore, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to PIIE-Cebu on reaching its 20th anniversary! The
chapter’s dedication and contributions over the years have played a crucial role in advancing our
