ARTICLE XII
AMMENDMENT, REPEALING CLAUSE AND EFFECTIVITY

AMENDMENT

The BES/SHS Faculty Manual may be amended through a petition in writing by any member of
the Executive Management Committee to be filed to the School Director. The proposed amendments
should be in writing which states the paragraph, section/s and sentence/s to be amended and shall be
referred to an Ad Hoc Committee to be formed by the School Director and the School President for study
and recommendation.

REPEALING CLAUSE

This BES/SHS Faculty Manual is deemed to amend and/or supersede all existing rules, regulations
and policies of Immaculada Concepcion College pertaining to the provisions contained herein. All
subsequent promulgation of rules and policies by the institution shall form part of this Manual, provided,
it is not in conflict herein. Provided, further, that it is approved by the School President upon the
recommendation of the School Director.

EFFECTIVITY

This BES/SHS Faculty Manual shall be effective upon signing by the members of the Executive
Management Committee.
