Right to Education
Article 21
It requires free and compulsory education.
The education given to the children‘s of age 6 to 14.
Article 22 Protection against arrest
No person, who is arrested shall be detained.
Every person, who is arrested and detained in custody is to produce before the nearest
Magistrate.
They must be produced within 24 hours.
Safeguards have some exception.
It is not available to an enemy alien and a person arrested.
The detention of a person cannot exceed three months.
Right Against Exploitation (Articles 23-24)
Article 23 Prohibition of trafficking human beings and forced labour
It prohibits human trafficking and other forced labour.
Article 24 It prohibits the employment of children below 14 years.
It does not prohibit their employment in any harmless or innocent work.
The Child Labours Act started in 1986.
Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25-28)
Article 25 Freedom of conscience and the right to freely profess, practice and propagate
religion.
It says all persons are equally entitled to freedom of rights.
They can propagate religion.
The state is empowered by law.
And can regulate or restrict any economic, financial, political or other secular activity.
Article 26 Freedom to manage Religious Affairs
(a) Right to establish and maintain institutions for religious and Charitable.
(b) Right to manage its own affair
(c) Right to acquire movable and immovable property.
(d) Right to administration.
Article 27 Freedom from taxation
It compelled to pay any taxes for the promotion.
It maintains religion or religious denomination.
Article 28 Freedom from attending religious instruction
