                   The writ of prohibition can be issued only against Administrative.

            Certiorari
                   It means 'to be certified' or 'to be informed'
                   It is issued by a higher to a lower court.
                   It transfers the case pending.
                   It is issued on the grounds of excess of jurisdiction.
                   It is both preventive as well as curative.
                   Limitations on the Enforcement of Fundamental Rights.
                   Parliament has the power to modify fundamental rights.
                   The members of the Armed forces, Police Forces are discharged of their duties.

            DIRECTIVE PRINCIPLES OF THE STATE POLICY
                   It emerges in part IV of Constitution.
                   Dr B.R. Ambedkar described the principles as novel feature.
                   The Fundamental rights contain the philosophy.
                   Features:

                   Classification
                   The constitution does not contain any classification.
                   They are classified into three categories
                   Viz socialistic, Gandhian and liberal-intellectual.

            Socialistic Principles
                   These principles reflect the idea of socialism.
                   Article 38
                   It promotes the people by securing socialism permeated by justice.
            Article 39
                   To secure (a) livelihood of citizens.
