If you do not spend any money on your preparation then it would be
difficult for you to achieve what you want. The cost of your
unemployment is far greater than your preparation expense. I will

give you a personal example. When I started the channel ‘Study IQ' I
was very passionate about studying (I still am) But neither did I have
a job nor any money. I had quit my job to become an entrepreneur.
In order to record my lectures, I had to buy equipment worth Rs 3
lakhs. Since I was not employed it was not possible for me to get a
loan from any bank. I borrowed the money from my friend and with
that money, I bought a laptop, microphone, headphone and other
                essential things.

I invested on myself and I remember that many of the initial
subscribers said that one of the reasons they liked the channel was
because the voice quality was superb. It was very clear and nice to
hear. This was at the start of 2015. At that time a lot of channels

were making videos from mobile phones and therefore, the audio
and video quality was not good. I was at an advantage because of
my investment. I understood that it was not enough to give premium
quality knowledge. The way in which you share knowledge is also
equally important. The medium of communication is as important as
the knowledge itself. The voice quality was great because I invested
on the system and equipment. I could have also thought that, I will

buy all that is needed with my own money but I did not do that. I did
not wait and waste my time and I was able to get ahead of my
                competitors.

A small investment on yourself can take you to greater heights
