I am not saying that you should not aim for government jobs, what I
mean to say is: Government jobs are not your only options. In

developed countries no one runs after a government job, instead, the
governments find it difficult to fill up the vacancies. We must have a
progressive mindset and not a conservative, defensive one.
Conforming to old tastes is not going to help you in any away. We
have to be open-minded, liberal and move ahead according to the
                present times.

Dream big and let your inner voice persuade you to chase your

dreams. Many a time you will want to do something big but you will
be uncertain whether you will reach there or not. There will be a
sense of contradiction within you. For example, if you want to
become an IAS officer and doubt your capabilities, you must
                remember this:

“Some targets are so enormous that even failure while attempting to
achieve them is considered some level of greatness.’ Make sincere
efforts, give your best, believe in your capability. Even if you fail in
your attempts, there should be no regrets. You have to believe in
yourself. That is the first step towards success.

Your determination will not allow failure to shadow your aspirations.
                Get. Set. Go.

“If I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity
to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.”
                ― Mahatma Gandhi
