A negative habit is the one which takes you away from your goals. It
                creates obstacles in your way. It gives you a false promise of
                happiness and distracts you. Bad habits have the potential to ruin

                you. It is difficult to quit a negative habit. But you have to understand
                that your bad/ negative habits can bring you nothing but disrespect
                and misdemeanor. You have to rid yourself of whatever is dragging
                you down.

                Given below is a list of positive and negative habits.

                Positive habits:

                To learn a new language
                To go to bed early and wake up early
                To pray or meditate for one hour every day
                To spend at least one hour a week in community service
                To exercise


                Negative habits:
                To spend a lot of time on social media
                To not take care of your body
                To smoke, to drink, and watch pornographic movies
                To play video games


                It is very important to determine why is a habit so important. What is
                so special about a habit? It is important to develop a habit because
                you will find it difficult to motivate yourself to do the same thing each
                and every day. Life will be monotonous if you keep doing everything
                mechanically and do not enjoy what you do. But, if you make it a
                habit you will carry out the same work in a much easier way. The

                same work would make you happy once you develop a habit of
                doing it. You will feel as if you are missing out on something if you
                don’t do it. You will not have to motivate yourself to do the work. Like
                people who are habituated to take a shower every day after waking
                up, would feel that their day is incomplete if they don’t take a shower.
                If a person is used to going out for a walk every morning he would
                feel a void if he misses it for some reasons. See, it is not mandatory

                to take a shower every day, even if you take a shower every
