ADDITIONAL ELECTIVES

QUEST/Gifted Internship*: Gifted students spend a portion of the school day in an in-depth career exploration

with a mentor in the community. Students report to Ms. Summerlin each day and then leave campus for their
Internship. A student must be designated as Gifted to participate.
*Application and teacher approval are required.

Library Science*: 11th and 12th graders only! Have fun during this combination job/academic course. Students
are taught all the aspects of running a school media center and will develop good customer service skills as they
interact with teachers and students. This is an excellent course to take if you are mature and responsible, with
good grades and attendance records.
