               Pros

                   • There are areas of the body such as the brain, where systemic

therapy has little effect. Removing a tumor could bring
immediate relief from side effects such as nausea, vomiting,

headaches, vision decline, organ failure, and seizures.

                   • Removal of mutated cells that could be producing blood-borne
factors to encourage tumor growth in other parts of the body.

                   • Patient sleeps for the surgery as a convenient method of tumor

                       removal.

               Cons

                   • In 95% of surgical procedures, the “Mother Cell” is not removed

and the cancerous stem cell is still present in your body (this is a
                       fact).

                   • Complications from surgery include infections and immune

                       system compromise.
                   • Damage to healthy tissue is inevitable, depending on location of

tumor. Traumatic emotional and physical damage such as

removal of breasts, colon, bowels, lung, larynx, etc.
                   • Inability to remove all mutated cells, even with tumor removal, as

microscopic cancer cells are typically still present in affected area.

After remission period, cancer comes back with a vengeance.
                   • Likely spread of cancer (metastasis) when patient is opened up to

                       perform surgery.
