 Prior arrangements personally made by parents with the Homeroom Adviser,
Deputy Principal, Head of Discipline, Deputy Principal, or the Principal for a
valid reason.
After submitting a written request from the parent/ guardian which has been
granted by the Deputy Principal/ Principal:

1. Fill out a Temporary Gate Pass in duplicate which will be signed by the
Homeroom Adviser, the Deputy Principal or the Head of Discipline or the
Principal.
2. One copy of the Temporary Gate Pass together with a letter of request will be
given to the Homeroom Adviser. The other copy is given to the guard before
the student leaves the campus.

Note: Students who are allowed to leave the campus prior to dismissal are
considered absent from the time they left the campus.

II. SCHOOL UNIFORM/DRESS CODE REGULAR UNIFORM

All students should wear the complete prescribed SISC uniform properly. If a student
cannot wear the complete prescribed school or PE uniform, he/she must present a valid
reason through a letter duly signed by his/her parent/ guardian for submission to the
Homeroom Adviser or the P.E. Teacher (for P.E. uniform).

 only the SISC blazer, pullover, and Monarchs hoodies are allowed
