IDENTITY – As children grow and develop they are
continually exploring what it is that identifies them as being
different from, and a part of, the society and culture to
which they belong. Providing children with opportunities to
experience and access different ways of being,
experimenting with self-expression and chance to adopt
new identities gives children the time and space to learn
about themselves and how to be in the world.
