MATERIALS – Having a variety of materials to play
with is essential for children to experiment, explore and
learn about their world. Loose materials as well as fixed
materials can range from cooking equipment such as
cookers, microwaves and sinks, while loose materials can
be anything and everything. A lot like loose parts, the
amount of variables in the play space is only as endless as
a child’s imagination.
