At Watkins Associated Industries, Inc. we want employees and their spouse/domestic partner to be engaged in their jobs and communities, be active
and engaged in their health, and ultimately achieve their highest level of wellbeing.
Program Component Point Value Medical Plan Wellbeing Incentive (Tier 1)
MEDICAL PLAN PARTICIPANTS
HSA/HRA Contribution - Each participant who completes the Health Assessment
Annual Physical or and Annual Physical (or alternative Self Help Works program) can receive $500
1 Self Help Works Program 50 HSA/HRA contribution in 2023.
This reward can be earned independently, meaning each employee and each
spouse/domestic partner on the medical plan has the opportunity to complete
these activities to earn their reward.
Example: Employee who completes Health Assessment and Annual Physical
Health Assessment 50 (or Self Help Works) earns $500 contribution. Spouse/domestic partner who
completes Health Assessment and Annual Physical (or Self Help Works) earns
$500 contribution.
Program Component Point Value Medical Plan Wellbeing Incentive (Tier 2)
MEDICAL PLAN PARTICIPANTS
Earn an additional 400 wellness Employee Premium Reduction – Employees who earn an additional 400 wellness
points (for a total of 500 points) 400 points points (for a total of 500 points) will receive a medical premium reduction in 2023.
