Speak with a registered nurse 24/7 by calling the medical plan’s 24-Hour
Nurseline. The nurses can help you decide whether you or a covered
family member should go to the emergency room or urgent care center,
or make a doctor’s appointment. You have 24/7 access simply by calling
1-800-556-1555.
Disease Management
You can get solid support managing your condition with Aetna's disease
management program. Patients get one-on-one nurse support for over 35
conditions, like diabetes, stroke, or high cholesterol. You will learn how to
manage your condition, follow the doctors’ treatment plans, and change
behavior within your reach.
Aetna One Flex Care Management
Aetna One Flex care management program takes a holistic approach to
physical and emotional well-being. Aetna offers 1:1 support for acute and
chronic conditions through a single nurse. They will provide guidance
and health insights to help you get the appropriate level of care for
you and your family. Through the Aetna One Flex program, you will be
able to locate a doctor, review your personal health record and watch
informational health videos.
Aetna Concierge
The Aetna Concierge is your personal assistant for healthcare.
A concierge can assist you with questions about a diagnosis, selecting a
doctor, learning about your medical coverage and planning for upcoming
treatment. They can even assist you in scheduling appointments and how
to estimate your costs before you make an appointment. Just call the

available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
MinuteClinic
MinuteClinic is a walk-in clinic inside select CVS Pharmacy® and Target
stores and is the largest provider of retail health care in the United States,
making it easy to access care in your neighborhood. MinuteClinic health
care providers treat and diagnose a variety of illnesses, injuries and
conditions. They can also write prescriptions, when medically appropriate.
Open 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. You can walk
in or schedule appointments online beforehand. And for even more
convenience, you can pick up your prescription on-site.
Teladoc
Teladoc is a 24/7 service that provides access to board-certified doctors
by mobile app, online video or phone. Whether you are at home, at work,
traveling or you simply want a more convenient way to see a doctor, it is
easy to use and available anytime, anywhere. Under the HRA Plan, there is
no fee to use Teladoc. There is a $49 copay under the CDHP Plan.
The employee should pre-register and complete their medical history
by either calling Teladoc or by registering on the Teladoc website.
Once you have registered, just call Teladoc or go to their website to
request a telephone or online video consultation. Call Teladoc at
