Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Hospital Indemnity Insurance provides a fixed lump-sum payment that can help cover hospital expenses not covered by
insurance, or to pay for expenses while you, your spouse/domestic partner and/or dependents are in the hospital.

Hospital Admission (per confinement)
Payable when an insured is admitted to a hospital and confined as an in-patient because of a
covered accidental injury or covered sickness. We will not pay benefits for confinement to an $1,000
observation unit, or for emergency room treatment or outpatient treatment. Once per covered
sickness or accident per calendar year
Hospital Confinement (per day) $150
Maximum confinement period: 31 days per covered sickness or covered accident

Hospital Intensive Care (per day) $150
