GenesisCare offers a quarterly medical plan premium rebate to those who actively participate in our wellness program. We partner with Rally to offer
you a wellness program that empowers you with health education and lifestyle skills to help you to achieve your best health.

How to Obtain a Wellness Rebate:

– Each recommended activity is worth 100 wellness points
– Complete one activity each wellness cycle
– Wellness rebates are credited against your medical premiums and are taxable income when paid to you
– Quarterly wellness rebate is $195 for all plans and all coverage tiers

Log in to your My Health Toolkit account, select "Wellness" then "Rally" to get started. The Rally Health app is available in the App Store (iOS) or on
Google Play (Android).
Activities include options tailored to all GenesisCare team members by covering all 4 areas of wellbeing.

Participation is completely voluntary. The incentive will be provided by GenesisCare based on the below schedule.
