There’s no annual open enrollment period for this program, so you can sign up
or make changes whenever you choose — online or by phone. You can also cancel at
any time before the monthly cutoff (which varies, based on your location and method
of transit). Use it for:
• Bus, light rail, regional rail, streetcar, trolley, subway, or ferry
• Vanpool
• Parking at or near work
• Parking at or near public transportation for your commute

Your Health Equity / WageWorks account can be seamlessly managed through
the Benefitfocus portal. All Health Equity / WageWorks logos on the site (when
clicked on) will send you directly to your account. Just visit Benefitfocus and
click on a Health Equity / WageWorks logo, go to www.wageworks.com, or call
1.877.924.3967.
Employment and Wage Verification

CCC Verify can be used when there is any need for proof of employment and/or
income, such as when you apply for a loan or lease an apartment. You benefit by
having control over the process and being able to provide fast and secure proof of
employment and/or income via the web.

A little advance planning is required, as you will need to register as an Employee.
If prompted for a PIN, it is the last four digits of your Social Security number.

Provide your Social Security number and other pertinent information to the person
requesting proof of income and/or employment. Please refer to the CCC Verify flyer
for specifics on what information to provide an employment verifier.
