Commuter Benefits

This program through Navia allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified Monthly Contribution Limits
commuting expenses. Paying with pre-tax dollars allows you to save on transit passes,
tokens, fare cards, vouchers, etc. You will receive a debit card that will be loaded with Transit up to $280
funds on the first pay period of each month for your elected transit and/or parking
amounts. Per IRS regulations, if you leave Clari you will forfeit any unused funds in your Parking up to $280
account and lose access to the account. * Annual contribution limits are set by the IRS and are
subject to change
FSA/HSA Participant? If you elected an FSA or HSA, the same debit card will be used for
your pre-tax commute elections. If you haven’t elected an FSA, you will receive a new
debit card in the mail following your first election.

• Change your elections at any time. Commuting less for work? Make sure you change the amount you set aside from
your paycheck.

• Got a Clipper Card? Your Navia Commuter Debit Card works best by using it to load your Clipper Card via clippercard.com.
On Clipper’s website you can set a recurring monthly pass order and link your account to your commuter plan by using
your Navia Debit Card as payment.

• Use UberPOOL and Lyft Line to get to work? Use your Navia Debit card for carpooling expenses.
• Planning on paying for parking by work? Be sure the garage you intend to park at can accept pre-tax transit benefit cards.
If they don’t, you can submit your parking expense for reimbursement on your account via naviabenefits.com.
