Q. Will Rubrik or my co‑workers know that I’m using Ginger?
A. Definitely not. Ginger does not share any individual‑level service usage or other private data with your
employer. Ginger only provides summarized reports that are aggregated and anonymized. In other words,
Ginger won’t tell your employer anything about your interaction with your coach or even that you use Ginger.
Ginger only shares “big picture” information, such as the total number of employees using Ginger. When you
initially enroll, you will verify eligibility with your Rubrik email address.
Q. Why do I need to provide payment information if Rubrik is providing Ginger as a benefit?
A. Rubrik covers the cost of the app and coaching, any therapy or psychiatry visits will incur a cost. Ginger asks
for your credit card information to keep on file as having this information at the start makes it easier for you to
pay later. You’ll only be charged a) if there’s an amount your health insurance plan doesn’t cover, like copays
or deductibles, and/or b) in the event that you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, based
on your insurance plan. Ginger will always let you know before you are charged.
Workday: Making Your Elections and/or Changes
Q. Where do I go to make elections and/or changes?
A. All elections and/or changes will be made directly in Workday available from your Okta dashboard.
Q. What if I need to correct or change my Open Enrollment changes/elections after I previously
submitted, but prior to the OE deadline of November 19?
A. Select the Benefits Worklet on the Workday homepage, click on “Change Open Enrollment”, and follow
the prompts.
Q. What if I need to correct or change my Open Enrollment changes/elections after November 19?
A. After the Open Enrollment period has closed you are unable to make changes without a
qualifying life event.
Q. What if I experience a Life Event (e.g. marriage, birth) after I have submitted my elections?
A. If you experience a Life Event after your initial enrollment, you will need to complete a Life Event task in
Workday within 30 days of the event date. From the Workday homepage select the Benefits Application.
Under the “Change” section select “Benefits”. Select the appropriate life event. For example, if you get
married on July 15, 2022, you will have 30 days to add your spouse to your 2022 benefit plans.
