        A.  BrightPlan is a digital financial advisor that helps you plan for your financial goals, shows you how to reach
            them, and lets you track your entire financial life in one easy‑to‑use digital dashboard. As a Rubrik employee,
            you have access to BrightPlan’s digital planning platform for a discounted cost. In addition, you can meet
            with a fiduciary financial advisor for objective advice personalized for your best interests.

        Q.  How can BrightPlan help me?
        A.  With BrightPlan, you can:
                Ÿ  Use BrightPlan’s platform to unlock your Financial Wellness Score, which will provide insights on your net
               worth, your retirement readiness, and your preparedness for life’s unexpected expenses.
                Ÿ  Create a custom plan for every goal with BrightPlan’s customized financial plans, designed in minutes.
                Ÿ  Get on‑demand coaching and Smart Budgeting. The BrightPlan Financial Wellness Coach™ provides you
               with 24/7 financial advice.
                Ÿ  Chat with a financial advisor from BrightPlan’s sister company, Plancorp, for independent and
               objective advice.
                Ÿ  BrightPlan also offers low‑cost, automated investing based on a sophisticated, Nobel Prize‑winning
               investment strategy.
        Q.  Do I need to pay for BrightPlan?

        A.  BrightPlan is available to Rubrik employees at the discounted cost of $10 per month.

        Q.  What is Ginger?
        A.  Ginger offers confidential mental healthcare through coaching via text‑based chats, self‑guided activities,
            and video‑based therapy and psychiatry. Support is available 24/7, for a variety of mental health challenges
            you may be struggling with—all from the privacy of your smartphone.

        Q.  Who can I reach out to with questions about Ginger?
        A.  Ginger’s Member Support team is available to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to reach out to
            them through the app and someone will get back to you in two minutes or less. Alternatively, you can email
            help@ginger.io and a representative of the Member Support team will respond within 12 hours.

        Q.  What is coaching?

        A.  Coaching is a collaborative relationship where you and your coach work together to help you reach your
            goals. You’ll work with your coach to identify small steps that you can take towards your goal, and your coach
            will help you make adjustments as needed to keep you on track. Different from therapy, coaching focuses on
            the present and what you want to accomplish in the future. Coaching happens through private in‑app text‑
            based chats with your coach. Phone and video chats with coaches are not available. However, if you prefer
            speaking over typing, you are able to use the voice‑to‑text functionality on your Android or iPhone. Ginger’s
            in‑app texting function is private and secure.
