Start or continue your wellness journey at your own pace by engaging with Virgin Pulse. The Virgin
Pulse wellness program gives you tools to improve your health and happiness and rewards you for
doing so. You can earn points for tracking and taking part in healthy activities and tailoring your
program to your preferences. You may even receive recommendations for other Plymouth Rock
benefits and resources based on your interests! The points you earn turn into cash rewards—up
to $400 a year!

Choose from a variety of topics to create a personalized program such as Eating Healthy, Reducing Stress, Managing
Finances and Building Relationships.

PHYSICAL WELL-BEING Note: PulseCash is treated as a “taxable fringe PHYSICAL WELL-BEING

benefit” and is subject to federal, social security
and in most cases, state taxes. PulseCash that
you redeem as cash via direct deposit or as a gift
card is taxable upon redemption. This tax will
be determined on a quarterly basis and will be
reflected as an additional line item in your paystub.

If you think you might be unable to meet a
standard for a reward under this wellness program,
you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the
same reward by different means. Contact Human
Resources and we will work with you (and if you
wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program
with the same reward that is right for you in light
