1 Habit 1 – Hydrate , hydrate, hydrate
Not only does drinking water flush your system but it reduces fluid retention and naturally suppresses
appetite.
• Hydration boosts your metabolism and the fat burning rate. This starts to occur 10 minutes after
consumption. And peaks at about 30-40 minutes
• Cold water needs to be warmed in the stomach prior to being absorbed.
• Healthy hydration cuts calories. Reaching for water instead of a choice with empty calories will easily cut
calories out several times a day. It also sends signals to your brain you are full.
• Water increases your workout effectiveness. It lubricates your joints and muscles and improves the function
of all your organs.
