                    It’s important to set smart realistic goals. This will help keep you  stay focused and motivated. You should  not

                    focus on the specific amount weekly, any loss is a gain,  in your  forward progress.

                    • The scale is not a good indicator of weight.

                    • There are many factors that will impact the number.

                    • Use your favorite jeans to gauge progress. You’re ready now to take action. You have set specific goals.
