          • Eating whole foods is  a great way to get plenty of fiber, nutrients and antioxidants. This will help  improve all aspects of

             health. When you concentrate on more fruits and veggies it will leave less room for higher calorie, higher fat alternatives.  Aim

             for 6-8 servings a day. This will also allow for those conscious indulgences.





           • Conscious eating as opposed to mindless eating will help you be in tune with your body and know when you’re hungry and

              when you’re full.

           • Studies show that people who consume a diet  rich in whole foods  are better able to maintain a healthy weight.

           • Whole foods are packed with protein. A diet rich in whole foods improves health parameters like lowering both cholesterol and

              blood pressure.


           • You can consume more food and still lose weight.
