• It’s important to become proactive about exercise, mindfulness and stress reduction simultaneously. This will increase
metabolism and will help facilitate weight loss.
• Moving daily whether walking or exercising will improve your efforts and help with stress reduction. Exercise is as much
for your mind as it is for the body.
