Troubleshooting



              10.3.  Monitor Errors

                          Problems  with  the  monitor may  manifest  in multiple  ways;  perhaps  a  function  like  a
                       single-shot measurement is failing, or perhaps the data being downloaded makes it appear
                       that the monitor is not Archiving properly.  In any case, these types of problems are monitor
                       specific; refer to the User Manual for the monitor for troubleshooting instructions.

              10.4.  Application Errors

                          Application  errors  can manifest  in multiple  ways,  but  usually  don’t  involve  a  monitor
                       directly; for example, getting an error when trying to add sensors to the database.  If any
                       unexpected problem occurs that does not have an obvious solution, you will need to contact
                       Iris Power LP Technical Support.
