Viewing Measurement Data

                                       Note:
                                       If a connection to the monitor is not currently available, the settings
                                       can be saved in the database for uploading later; on closing SMView,
                                       the application will ask if you wish to upload the changes now, save
                                       them in the database for uploading them later, or discard the changes.
                                       SMView  will  continue  to  remind  you  that  changes  are  pending  for
                                       upload whenever the application is closed until they are uploaded.


              9.4.10.  Single-Shot Measurements

                          Single-shot measurements are used to force a measurement to be taken and saved in
                       the database.  This is particularly handy when troubleshooting.

                          To perform a single-shot measurement, press the ‘Perform Measurement’ button above
                       the ribbon in SMView.  This will:

                          •  Connect to the monitor and synchronize any changes.
                          •  Perform a measurement

                          •  Download the results and save them in the database.
