Viewing Measurement Data
The ‘Graph Operations’ section of the ribbon contains additional functions that may be
useful:
• Press the ‘Clipboard’ button to copy the current graph to the clipboard; it can then
be pasted into other documents.
• Press the ‘Maximize’ button to show the current graph in full-screen mode. Press
the Esc key on the keyboard to close the full-screen graph.
• Check or clear the ‘Hide Data Points’ checkbox to either show or hide the symbols
at the individual data points on the graph.
• By default, the y-axis of the graphs is automatically calculated; use the ‘Y Axis Scale’
button to change the y-axis scaling.
• Press the ‘Analysis’ button to show an analysis of the trend. Each selected Summary
Number for each selected input will be described as ‘Increasing’, ‘Decreasing’, ‘Not
changing’ or ‘Erratic’.

9.4.7. Statistics View
The Statistics View is used to view the statistical distribution of results over time. To
open the Statistics View, select the ‘Statistics View’ tab. in the ribbon.
The ribbon will display the control for manipulating the view:
• In the ‘Measurement Data’ section of the ribbon, select the Summary Number to
analyze.
Once the Summary Number selection is made the graph is automatically populated with
all measurements that are flagged as ‘Trend’ in the measurement list; if no measurements
are set for ‘Trend’, then no measurements will be displayed. The graph shows the
maximum/minimum span of the Summary Number over the entire trend as well as the
average value and the last value; the table shows the same data as numbers.
