7.4. EV Technology Settings

EV technology configuration is different depending on the monitor that is being
configured due to the different capabilities of the various monitors.

7.4.1. EVTracII and Original GuardII EV Input Configuration
EV inputs on the EVTracII and original GuardII are configured automatically; press the
‘Endwinding Vibration’ button on the ribbon to review the assignments.

7.4.2. GuardII+ EV Input Configuration

EV inputs on the GuardII+ are configured by pressing the ‘Endwinding Vibration’ button
on the ribbon. EV input configuration is split into 2 sections:

• The first section lists the inputs that are available on the monitor and which signal is
connected to each input.

• The second section shows a diagram of the physical location of the input on the EV
card as well as information as to which inputs are already connected.
