6.2.3. Sensor Setup
Once the asset is created in the database, EV sensors need to be added to the asset.
Select the asset in IAM, and then Add EV Sensors.

Adding EV sensors is a multi-step process:
• The first page of the EV sensor setup shows a list of the sensors that exist on the
machine. Note that these represent the physical sensors themselves. A sensor is
defined by its serial number, type and the number of axes that it can monitor. Also, if
the machine has a Shaft Trigger installed, select the checkbox.
