2.2. GuardII+ Flux Card Accessories

The Flux card installation kit includes:

The following items are also required for the installation but are not provided in the
GuardII+ Flux card installation kit.

• Flux Probes and Termination Boxes. These will be included in the appropriate sensor
installation kits.

• Connection cable.
• Conduit and fittings
• Assorted tools

2.3. Computer Requirements

GuardII+ requires a computer for configuration. Once the monitor is running, a computer
can also be used to download and store measurement results. Refer to the GuardII+ Series
4208 Platform for computer requirements.

2.4. Initial Inspection

On first receiving the GuardII+ Flux card, inspect the shipping container for damage. If
the shipping container or cushioning material is damaged, keep it until the contents of the
shipment have been checked. Check the shipment for completeness (refer to Section 2.2)
and physical damage.
