                       Office Equipment                 •  The condition of your equipment affects the

                                                           quality of your work.

                                                        •  You  must  perform  periodic  maintenance
                                                           and  preventive  maintenance  on  your

                                                           equipment if you want dependable service.

                                                        •  Follow these maintenance guidelines:
                                                             I.   Discover  the  correct  usage  and

                                                                  maintenance  of  the  equipment.
                                                                  Read      and     comprehend       the

                                                                  operation  instructions  provided  by

                                                                  the manufacturer. Observe the care
                                                                  instructions so that you can identify

                                                                  and address little issues.
                                                             II.   Regularly  check  and  clean  the

                                                                  equipment.  Understand  the  basic

                                                                  maintenance  that  your  equipment
                                                                  needs. As needed, make repairs.

                                                            III.   Inform  the  relevant  person  about
                                                                  issues  as  soon  as  possible.  Many

                                                                  small  issues  can  be  fixed  before
                                                                  they  worsen  and  need  expensive

                                                                  repairs.
