                  MANAGE ERGONOMIC FACTORS


               1. Ergonomics – is the study of the effects of the environment on the health of

                   workers.


               2. The way a workstation and its parts are designed can affect workers physical well

                    being.







































               3. A chair should be adjustable, to fit individual physical requirements for comfort and
                   good posture.



               4. The height of the desktop should allow your elbows to be parallel to the computer
                  keyboard and floor to prevents unnecessary strain on the arms and wrists.


               5. Computer monitor should be placed at eye level, to help reduce eyestrain and neck

                  pain.
