The Need
The services we offer are limited and there is currently no such institute in the South.
Prolonged waiting times of a year or more may lead to deterioration in patients’ vision and result
in simulations being out of date by the time patients can come for their next appointments so
patients, most of them adults, are forced to travel to the center of the country or Jerusalem to
undergo all the tests they need for crucially important diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders
and diseases.
