11.3 Enhancing inclusive and sustainable urbanization and the capacity for
participatory, integrated, and sustainable human settlement planning and
management in all countries.
11.4 Strengthening efforts to protect and safeguard the world's cultural and
natural heritage.
11.5 Significantly reducing the number of deaths and injuries caused by natural
disasters and poverty.
11.6 Reducing the harmful environmental impact per capita of cities, paying
particular attention to the quality of air and the optimal urban management of
waste.
11.7 Providing universal access to safe, inclusive and accessible, green and
public spaces, especially for women and children, older persons and persons
with disabilities.
11.8 Supporting positive economic, social and environmental links between
urban, peripheral, and rural areas by strengthening national and regional
development planning.
11.9 Substantially increasing the number of cities and settlements adopting
and implementing integrated policies and plans toward inclusion, resource
efficiency, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, resilience to disasters,
and developing and implementing holistic disaster risk management at all levels.
11.10 Supporting less developed countries, including through financial and
technical assistance, by building sustainable and resilient buildings with local
materials.
