10.3 Safeguarding equal opportunities and reducing outcome-based
inequality, among other things, by revoking discriminatory laws, policies, and
customs, while authorizing appropriate legislation, policies and action in a
given context.
10.4 Implementing economic policy, reimbursement, and social protection,
while attaining greater equality over a longer period of time.
10.5 Improving regulation and monitoring of markets and worldwide economic
institutions and reinforcing the integration of regulatory procedures.
10.6 Safeguarding the representation of developing countries in decision-
making procedures within global, international, and financial economic
institutions, in order to ensure more efficient, credible, responsible and
legitimate institutions.
10.7 Mitigating migration and facilitating the transfer of people in more
ordered, safe and regulated ways, among other things, by means of integrating
regulation.
10.8 Accommodating the idea that developing countries should be granted
special and different treatment, in line with the World Trade Organization’s
accords.
10.9 Ensuring the financial flow, including direct foreign investment, to
developing countries in keeping with their national programs.
10.10 Reducing the cost of migration initiatives by 3% and cancelling premiums
higher than 5%.
