The Yellow nature of the case may mean that Child
Centred Levels 2, 3 or 4 may be available depending
on the Parent Readiness Scale and the Child and
                    Youth Readiness Scale.

                   ORANGE CASES
Orange risk cases are often presenting at ADR even
though the original models of practice would argue
that these cases are not suitable, and should be
referred into the court system as suggested by Fisher
                   and Brandon (2012).

Orange risk cases present with significant levels of
complexity (family violence, drug and alcohol, mental
health, suicidality, child abuse investigations) and
                   often with multiple presenting complexities
simultaneously. The involvement of the family with
the family law system thereby increases the risk to
                   one or more family members.

The parents and often children in Orange risk cases
will report that there is already the involvement of
                   protection systems; policing, child protection,
protection orders, mental health teams, and other
mental health professionals, and the ADR professional
is joining in to an existing helping strategy to bring
                   relief to the family.
