Containment strategies need to be employed by
the practitioner to slow the ADR family law
intervention, while the safety of the case is
increased.

Any Meeting With Children should be carried out by
skilled child trauma and child protection specialists.

The case is not suitable for ADR and therefore not
suitable for child meetings. ADR and child meetings
may become possible when the case moves out of
the Red risk status.
