a lifelong journey because we are always growing spiritually and
emotionally. Breathe!
3. Become grounded in the face of adversity and joyful times. Decide
that no matter what happens, you will stay centered in yourself.
4. Create a self-exploration sheet. Explore which belief systems are
yours and which are those you inherited. Some beliefs and rituals
you’ll want to embrace, and some of them you will have to let go of.
This is the heart of personal development.
5. Learn to like and accept all parts of yourself. There may be days
when you don’t like yourself, but don’t forget that all feelings are
temporary. Allow yourself to experience the feeling for the moment
and then choose a feeling that will make you happy. Gratitude for
being here is much more important than any temporary feeling to
the contrary. There is a plan in place for your life. What you are
seeking is seeking you.
6. Don’t do it alone. Invest in your dream. Find out how much it costs
and come up with a plan to pay for it. The investment in yourself
will pay you back tenfold.
7. Learn to pivot shift to the steps in the dance of life. Take the nec-
essary steps, learn the moves, and take the turns so that you can
become balanced in the storm when it comes, as it will.
As our time together comes to a close, I’ll leave you with the most
important takeaway of all:
Use the fear as a tool for personal and spiritual growth, and remem-
ber, it’s a good thing.
