fruits for 1-2 days after dry or water fasting. After you notice your

              body can handle the fruits, you can ease into some soups, salads

              and then back to your regular eating routine. Just incorporate

              more veggies and fruits in your daily routine and not just meat

              and starchy foods. When entering a fast, the goal isn’t to say I

              can’t wait until this fast is over so I can eat. The goal is to enjoy

              the journey and actually listen to understand the body. Your body

              will thank you after, your thoughts will be much more clear, and

              you will just feel cleaner and more energized as a person ready to

              take on daily tasks.
