Benefits  of  fruit  fasting  are weight  loss,  boosting  immunity,

              longevity, fights inflammation, and etc. Try fruit fasting for 2-3

              days, watch the benefits, and see how fruit is a food you can get

              full and be satisfied from. Some people think fruit can’t be a meal

              but trust me, it can. You have to eat the fruit as you would do

              regular meals to get full, eat enough of it you will get full. Some

              of my top fruits for fasting are watermelon, grapes, berries, and

              pineapples. But you can eat any fruit of choice, just eat until you

              are full and when you get hungry, eat it again until you’re full.

              Watch how surviving off fruits will change your outlook on food.


              Hint: First time I ate fruit only for 6 days, I lost 10 pounds. All

              that being said, all three fasts are great; you just have to pick the

              one that fits your lifestyle.
